SWEET N SOUR SHRIMP

 Shrimps are usually cooked the traditional way like grilling, baking and sometimes it was being cooked with a soup. But this time I'll gonna show you how to prepare it in a different recipe. This is one of my mom's specialty because she did an experiment of this as the others did it again on their own home. This recipe became trending through the whole village when my mom have let them tasted it. So Here we go....



Ingredients:

1 kilo prawns

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, diced

3 to 5 stalks parseley

3 tomatoes, diced

200 grams tomato sauce

4 to 5 tablespoons flour


3 tbsp. oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Salt to taste( depends on your taste)

Sugar ( depends on your taste)

Vetsin for seasoning

Powdered black pepper(optional)

Preparations:
  • Rub the prawns with 1/2 tablspoon level of salt then mix.
  • Dip each prawn in a flour then fry. When prawns turned red, turn on the other side to cook then set aside when its done.
  • Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add soy sauce
  • Add the tomato sauce
  • Put the black powdered pepper.
  • Put a little salt and sugar just to reach the perfect blend of a sweet and sour taste.
  • Put the fried prawns.
  • Put vetsin or seasoning to taste.
  • Garnish with parseley.
