The author of this blog is just a simple woman who has passion in writing and sharing ideas about everything she have learned from her own experience as a person, a mother, and a friend. She is actually a proud mom of  two kids one boy and one girl. Married but separated.She prefered to remain single all her life after her separation from her husband to focus her attention to her loving kids and honestly have no plans to get married for the second time :). And definitely the only one who can alter her decisions and point of view in life is the one highest above all. Moving on is always the best thing she loves to do though its quite difficult during the process but should keep continuously trying as life changes. She honestly is not an expert in the field of cooking but always love to eat. Curiosity about how things are being prepared is what pushes her to get engaged in this world of food in the kitchen.

This blog has been created  for the benefit of all people who want to start their career in cooking as well as learn more Filipino recipes which are purely based on homestyle cooking techniques. Facts about vegetables and other foods that we consume daily are also included to give you enough knowledge on how the nutrients and other substances that we get from them nourishes or works in our body. There are those  food supplements that are readily formulated in the form of a capsule or tablet that promise to give you good results but we still strongly recommend that we eat fresh foods because it is the best and  number one natural source of the nutrients needed by our body.
