PORK AND PINEAPPLE DUET ( PININYAHANG BABOY)

 This recipe is simply made from best selected quality pork meat and pure pineapple sauted in garlic and onions with pineapple syrup completely blended with a bit of salty taste which yielded a delectable experience of a sweet, sour and salty that makes the recipe more exciting and tasty. This is the recipe that surely your kids will love.


Ingredients :

1 kilo pork belly or pork chop cutlets
1 can (450grams) pineapple tidbits, set aside syrup
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, diced
2 tablespoon oil
Black pepper, powdered
2 leveled tablespoons of white sugar
Salt to taste
2 1/2 cups water
Seasoning to taste

Preparations:
  • Saute garlic and onions in oil
  • Add the pork and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer until comes dry
  • Add 1 cup water and simmer until dry
  • Add another cup of water until slighty dry
  • Add the pineapple and the syrup and let simmer until desired consistency
  • Add sugar and seasoning to taste
  • Enjoy your meal :)
